All fish shipments are shipped FedEx Next Day Air. Note; Due to continually changing freight charges, clients will be charged exact next day charges and a $5.00 boxing charge. We can ship up to 5 fish per bag. All orders will be charged postage by weight. All packages containing fish must be delivered to a person and not left on a doorstep - work addresses are best if no one will be at home. Purchases including Van Ness Formulated Fish Salts and Fish Stabilizer K-7 receive an additional 10-day warranty. Postage and handling charges cannot be refunded. The colors of the fish are according to what are in stock at the time of shipment and are not guaranteed. We will try to meet your color request. All sales are final.
