Special Handling Requirements for Shipment of Pond Fish

All shipments of Chinese Black Moors, Comet Goldfish, Fantail Goldfish, Angel Koi, Butterfly Koi, and Mosquito Fish have special handling requirements.

PLEASE READ: Live fish shipments are processed and shipped UPS Next Day Air. We can ship up to 5 fish per bag. All orders will be charged postage by weight. All packages containing fish must be delivered to a person and not left on a doorstep - work addresses are best if no one will be at home. Note; There will be a minimum $35.00 Next-Day Air charge on each box shipped.

Purchases that included Van Ness Water Gardens Fish Salts and Fish Stabilizer K-7 receive an additional 10-day warranty. Postage and handling charges cannot be refunded. The colors of the fish are according to what are in stock at the time of shipment and are not guaranteed. We will try to meet your color request. All sales are final.
